14. Domain Registration Data

Domain registration may require contact and registrant information under the rules of the applicable registrar or registry. The information required for a domain registration may be transmitted to the registrar or registry responsible for processing the registration.

Domain registration data may also be subject to the registrar’s privacy policy, registration agreement, and applicable domain registry rules.

15. Email Communications

We may send account, billing, renewal, support, security, abuse, maintenance, and service notices. These transactional communications are necessary to manage your account and services.

We do not provide customer email addresses to third parties for advertising or marketing.

16. Access, Correction, and Account Requests

Customers may review and update much of their account information through the DataPacket customer portal. You may contact us to request correction of inaccurate information or to ask questions about information associated with your account.

Requests may be limited when information must be retained for billing, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

DataPacket services are intended for individuals and organizations that can legally enter into a service agreement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

DataPacket is based in the United States. Customers accessing our services from outside the United States understand that their information may be processed and stored in the United States.

Material changes may also be communicated through our website, customer portal, invoice, or the primary email address associated with your account.
