Linux vs Windows hosting? Which is better?

Linux hosting vs Windows hosting often comes down to personal preference. Both operating systems provide a rock solid hosting platform.

Linux when combined with Plesk is a very mature and proven hosting platform with an abundant amount of resources and support tools. The Windows Server platform is equally suited when combined with Plesk, but there is much higher learning curve for new users. Based on these considerations, we recommend Linux to all users who do not require ASP or the .NET framework.
