At DataPacket, we strive to streamline your web hosting experience. One of the critical aspects of managing your digital presence is handling your domains. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to add and remove domains using DataPacket's Plesk interface:

Adding a Domain

1. Navigate to the 'Websites & Domains' section.

2. Click on the 'Add Domain' button and follow the instructions provided on-screen.

3. Once completed, click 'OK'. You'll find the new domain name displayed in the list at the bottom of your screen.

Your new domain is now active, and you can upload your web content to this new website's webspace.

Removing Domains

Please remember, removing a domain from Plesk will delete all data linked to the corresponding site from the server.

Important Note: The main domain of your subscription, that is, the first domain name (the default domain) created for your account, cannot be deleted. However, it can be renamed.

To remove a Domain:

1. Go to 'Websites & Domains' and find the domain or subdomain you wish to remove.

2. Click on 'Remove Website' or 'Remove Subdomain'.

3. Confirm your decision to remove the domain or subdomain and click 'OK'.

Note: Please be aware that removing domain names from Plesk does not cancel their registration. If you registered these domain names, they can still be used for your websites in the future.

Managing your domains via DataPacket's Plesk interface is a straightforward process designed to make it as easy as possible for you to take control of your online presence. Whether adding a new domain or removing an existing one, these simple steps keep you firmly in command.
