It appears so, Cloudflare has registered the domain name cloudflare-dns.com (Created on 2018-03-27), and the easy-to-remember IP address assigned to it 220.127.116.11 (one.cloudflare-dns.com) is answering DNS queries.
It has come to our attention that DataCamp Limited, operating under the name “DataPacket” is infringing upon our legal rights by using our trademark. They’re operating a business that impersonates our brand, company name, domain name and services that have been established by our company since 2001.
What is net neutrality? Why does it matter?
Net neutrality is the principle that Internet providers like Comcast & Verizon should not control what we see and do online. In 2015, startups, Internet freedom groups, and 3.7 million commenters won strong net neutrality rules from the US Federal Communication Commission (FCC). The rules prohibit Internet providers from blocking, throttling, and paid prioritization—”fast lanes” for sites that pay, and slow lanes for everyone else.
