Recently cPanel announced a new pricing structure and is no longer offering unlimited flat-rate licensees. This change in pricing is drastic and the majority of the industry are migrating away from cPanel due to the extreme price increase and lost of trust. You can find more information on their site.

Due to the drastic increase in price we are migrating all cPanel accounts to Plesk. This action allows us to keep our current shared hosting model without raising the price you pay, and to keep functionality the same or better.

New server information for your account are below.

Control Panel login:
Web Server IP address:

If you are using third party name servers point your DNS a-records to the web server IP address above.

If you're using DataPacket's private labeled name servers no action is necessary.

If you're a reseller and are using DNS host-names under your own domain, point them to the following IP addresses.

Over the next 12-48 hours sites will start loading from the new servers. The migration from cPanel to Plesk should be fully transparent for most users. The old server will be online for a few days while the DNS changes propagate. If you are using an IP Address or server host-name in any of your configurations; mail, database config files, etc... set them to your domain name instead.

If you have any questions or are experiencing any weirdness, please do not hesitate to contact support.
